ABOUT EWM

Building sustainable offerings around our life’s work

The EWM Community (Enlightened Wealth Mastermind) supports spiritually oriented coaches, teachers, therapists, facilitators, and other purpose-led practitioners in clarifying their direction, sharing their gifts, and building sustainable offerings around their life’s work.

Much of the conventional advice about growing a business is built around speed, visibility, and relentless action. Set bigger goals. Post constantly. Build a personal brand. Follow the strategy. Push through resistance.

For many purpose-led practitioners, this creates pressure to market themselves in ways that feel forced or disconnected from the real value of their work.

EWM offers a different way to grow.

  • A way that is practical without becoming mechanical.
  • A way that respects both the work and the person doing it.
  • A way to build greater stability without becoming trapped in constant self-promotion.

EWM brings together inner alignment, practical business development, supportive community, and help implementing the next step.

What We Help Members Create

Our members are developing independent practices, services, programs, resources, and communities around work that matters to them.

The practical goal:

To help each member build a clear and sustainable path for people to discover, understand, and engage with their work… attracting the clients, enrolments, or members they want while creating a business and life they love.

This may include:

  • Clarifying their direction and message
  • Improving their website and offers
  • Creating simple ways for new people to enter their world
  • Developing services, programs, or recurring income
  • Building confidence around outreach and communication
  • Reducing dependence on one-to-one appointments
  • Creating a business that better fits their life

The work is practical, but it is not only practical.

How we work matters.

Inner Alignment and Outer Action

Many business communities focus primarily on strategy and tactics. We also pay attention to the inner conditions from which we take action.

Fear, pressure, self-doubt, resistance, and confusion can shape a business just as much as any strategy. A good strategy carried out from fear can quickly become strained.

Inner work without practical action often remains unrealized.

We bring the two together.

Sometimes we need to become quiet enough to receive clearer direction.

Sometimes we need support to recognize what is already emerging.

And sometimes we simply need practical help to build what we already know is ours to create.

How We Support Our Members

Members receive a combination of support tailored to their current needs, including:

We do not impose a single path or business model.

We help members listen more deeply to what life is asking of them, clarify the work they are here to offer, and take practical steps to bring that work into the world.

A Quiet Working Community

EWM is a small working community where members can focus on making meaningful progress without pressure to perform for an audience. Members move at different speeds and focus on what is most relevant to their current stage of development.

The community provides space for honest conversations, practical work, inner reflection, and steady development over time. The emphasis is on applying what is useful, taking the next step, and building work that genuinely supports the member’s offerings and life.

About Matthew

EWM is led by Matthew Clarkson, its co-founder.  Matthew has been creating and developing online businesses since 2003.

Matthew graduated with honors in philosophy and social sciences from the University of Manchester. In 2003, he created his first online offering: an audio course on meditation, health, and personal development that he wrote, recorded, marketed, and delivered himself.  He later launched Spiritual Growth Monthly, a subscription-based program offering meditations, interviews, coaching, and resources for inner development. The program enabled him to begin working full-time online and continues to do so today, more than 20 years later.

Working from his laptop, Matthew began travelling the world and embarked on a spiritual journey of his own… healing his wounds and exploring the deeper truth of who he is. Along the way, he attended many retreats, undertook extensive training, and became certified in several modalities for healing and conscious transformation.

Through these experiences, he became increasingly interested in helping coaches, teachers, therapists, and facilitators develop and share their own work in ways that reflect their gifts and values rather than simply following conventional marketing formulas.

That work gradually developed into EWM.

Across more than two decades, Matthew has gained direct experience across many different aspects of online business… including courses, memberships, recurring income, websites, advertising, email communication, content delivery, coaching, and practical implementation.

His approach brings together spiritual development, coaching, practical business strategy, and online implementation. He helps members understand what they are really trying to create, simplify their ideas, communicate their work more clearly, and identify the next useful step.

His role within EWM is part strategist, part guide, and part working partner.

Through this work, he helps members become clearer, more capable, and more self-directed as they build work that fits their gifts, values, circumstances, and deeper intentions.
